0w20 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 0w20 platform — whether through the website or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 0w20 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
The 0w20 platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where online betting and gaming activities are permitted under local law.
Account Creation and Security
Each user may only hold one active account on the 0w20 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. 0w20 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to comply with applicable legal requirements. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. 0w20 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party.
The 0w20 platform strictly prohibits access by minors. If we determine that a user is under 18 years of age, the account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited in accordance with the applicable policy.
User Responsibilities and Rules
As a user of the 0w20 platform, you agree not to engage in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform, other users, or 0w20's operations as a whole. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
- Using your account for any fraudulent activity or money laundering
- Sharing your account or allowing others to use it
- Spreading false or misleading information about the 0w20 platform
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where necessary.
Payments, Deposits, and Transactions
All transactions on the 0w20 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and bank transfers via FPX. Deposits are processed automatically and are generally credited to your account promptly, depending on the payment method selected.
Withdrawals are processed to a Malaysian bank account registered in the name of the 0w20 account holder. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may apply and are subject to change in accordance with the platform's current policies. 0w20 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review or identity verification purposes before a transaction is approved.
The minimum deposit limit depends on the payment method selected. The latest information is available in the deposit section of the platform after logging in.
Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days. This timeframe may vary depending on internal review requirements.
0w20 reserves the right to place a hold on any suspicious transactions pending review, in order to protect user security.
Liability Limits, Accounts, and Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
0w20 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including the loss of wagered funds due to technical disruptions beyond our reasonable control. 0w20's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited within the 30 days preceding the date of the claim.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
0w20 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or upon request by a relevant authority. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation will not be entitled to recover any remaining balance at the time of closure. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so through the customer support channel, and any valid balance will be returned upon completion of the review.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 0w20 platform are the exclusive property of 0w20 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 0w20.
Third-Party Links
The 0w20 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 0w20 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Amendments to Terms and Governing Law
0w20 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of the latest conditions governing their use of the platform.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder of the terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
